An integral part of the success achieved by the group's concepts is driven by the activities of Operating Division , led by Imad Nabwani , it is responsible for the day to day operations of all MRG concepts. He works closely with his restaurant managers to ensure that financial corporate objectives are met. The operating division deals with the enforcement of service standards and the daily rituals in running a restaurant, including but not limited to ; recruitment, training, scheduling, purchasing, production and quality control. The secret to MRG's success has been its ability to secure and retain top quality industry professionals that are totally dedicated to the company's objectives.
